Get to know me
I wasn’t really into fitness growing up and never worked out until I was 18. Lifting light weights and doing hours of cardio helped me lose 30 pounds, but there was something missing. It wasn’t until I took my first Barry’s class that I realized that was all I wanted to do.. all day, every day, (literally)! I started as a client, taking class six days a week, sometimes even twice a day, and needless to say, I fell in love with the community.
Barry’s has become my second home, and the community has become my family. My goal is to show you that everything is possible with hard work, determination, and a little bit (more like a lot) of sweat!
