Chad Flahive

Three words to describe my teaching style would be clear, encouraging and high-energy. My classes are always Whitney, so you can expect a thoughtfully designed class, delivered with clarity and the just-right amount of sass and humor. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday CHEST, BACK, ABS, and my playlist genre of choice is Pop.

On a personal note, I can’t live without my dog Tucker and my guilty pleasure is my homemade chocolate chip cookies. My friends would say I’m loyal, funny and a community-builder.
