Get to know me
First off, I’m a fan. I train at Barry’s at least four times a week.
I give this place total credit for building my engine quicker than any other form of training. And trust me, I’ve tried them all. I’ve been a professional basketball player, a Thai boxer, and I’ve taught CrossFit and reformer Pilates.
You can expect energy, creativity, and plenty of motivation from me. I only demand one thing from you — that when you’re here, you try your very best.
The 6am'ers. It takes a special kind of dedication to get up and train that early day in day out. 6am: I salute you.
