Our program offers a hands-on experience within a variety of departments to provide students with valuable skills they can use throughout their careers. The MBA Summer Associates are given meaningful work and work on projects that enable Barry’s to achieve its vision of transforming lives worldwide. While participating in the MBA Summer Associate Program, students will have the opportunity to work alongside our HQ employees to gain a deep understanding of our business and will also have exposure to the senior-most executives in the Company.

As a Barry’s MBA Summer Associate, you represent the Barry’s brand within the studio and throughout the fitness community. We are looking for hard-working, determined, and self-motivated candidates with solid communication, time management, and interpersonal skills. We seek candidates who act professionally and have strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, aggregate, and analyze data to communicate business trends.
- Assess current operations and new or ongoing initiatives to identify areas for growth, resolve issues, and/or increase cross-functional buy-in.
- Design both recurring and ad hoc analysis on key business metrics and present findings in a clear and actionable format to give management visibility and support decision-making.
- Build data models to support complex analyses, including real estate and operationally focused improvements.
- Analyze customer, competitor and market insights and recommend ways to improve customer journey and experience.
- Support national and studio-level marketing campaigns and work cross-functionally to develop forecasts for key functions.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in a MBA program
- Provide a letter from your school verifying enrollment (upon offer)
- Summer Associates are a full-time role and expected to work 35+ hours per week during the duration of the program
- Available to work from approximately June through August
- Must be available to work at our corporate HQ in Miami, FL
