Corporate Partnerships and Sales Manager - West will work cross functionally to develop and manage corporate relationships through strategic programming and integrated partnerships in order to increase new client trial & retention, create new revenue streams, and identify areas
to support the greater business. The ideal candidate will be solutions oriented and a creative thinker who is passionate about the Barry’s brand and thrives on being challenged.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Spearhead the corporate partnerships processing team, specializing in the sales of corporate events and private events.
  • Manage existing and upcoming partnership requests and opportunities with clients purchasing bookings for clients and/or teams.

  • Winning new business, increasing sales, and ensuring partner retention.

  • Manage and respond to event/booking inquiries on a daily basis.

  • Communicate and pitch the cost and details of the corporate bookings + events to all inquiries via email, over the phone and in-studio.

  • Process all bookings/payment on the backend with the host

  • Handle all communication to the studios with updates on dates/times and emails lists

  • Handle all communication to the instructors about the group bookings, and information about the companies

  • Help train managers to be an extension of the corporate team, to help pitch the idea on a daily basis to company employees who show interest in bringing in their office -- understanding that Barry’s is a place where corporate relationships are forged and
    strengthened in the studio.

  • Communicate the company’s brand messages, mission and philosophy through the communication with the corporate partners.

  • Monthly recaps of revenue generated and highlights

  • Help create and execute seasonal corporate strategies and build buzz around local companies

  • Support Marketing to research, travel, and pitch to target audiences in the area in order to have more personal conversations in order to bring them into the studio via corporate bookings

  • Support Marketing to research and target companies in areas where new studios are opening for ramping of new market numbers via corporate bookings and events.

  • Support Marketing team with inventory, ordering and setup for pop-up events or anything out of studio.

Business Development:

  •  Support and partake in business strategy and development of corporate programs throughout the assigned region

  •  Support and execute seasonal partnerships and programs, complying feedback, analytics and developing new partnerships for corporate bookings

Community Development:

  • Continue to develop relationships with the corporate network – explore meeting contacts in person to create bigger relationships for region or company

  •  Participate and execute in health fairs in assigned market/region

Required Experience:

  • 3-5  years of experience
  • Experience in driving communications programs, events, and platforms
  • Proven success in pitching ideas for high-profile companies
  • Exceptional writing ability, both business and creative
  • Comfort level working under tight deadlines with the ability to gather information and present recommendations
  • High attention to details
  • Obsessed with delivering excellent customer service and innovating avenues for growth
