Position Overview

The Director, Corporate Sales and Partnerships will work cross functionally to develop and manage corporate relationships through strategic programming and integrated partnerships in order to increase new client trial & retention, create new revenue streams, and identify areas to support the greater business. The ideal candidate will be solutions oriented and a creative thinker who is passionate about the Barry’s brand and thrives on being challenged.


Essential Duties

The ability to consistently and reliably perform the following duties is essential and necessary to accomplish the central purposes and requirements of this position:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, negotiate, and execute strategic partnerships with a wide array of corporate partners and prospects nationally

  • Spearhead the corporate partnerships processing team, specializing in the sales of corporate events and proactively pitching new business

  • Manage existing and upcoming partnership requests and opportunities with clients purchasing bookings for clients and/or teams. Winning new business, increasing sales, and ensuring partner retention.

  • Meet or exceed target revenue and new client goals quarterly

  • Partner with Studio Operations and Marketing to leverage existing studio/client contacts and identify and develop relationships to discover opportunities that can provide value to the brand

  • Stay on the pulse of wellness trends in the workplace and continually explore new projects and partnership opportunities that will support the overarching brand strategy and business objectives

  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with existing partners to expand our footprint within existing partners

  • Focus on business-driving initiatives within the national marketing calendar

  • Track and manage key performance metrics and develop quantitative lead scorecard to measure potential partnership opportunities

  • Field inbound inquiries from corporate partners and manage the corporate accounts e-mail account

  • Works with studio teams to create processes and tracking systems within the booking platform and create monthly reports highlighting efforts and analyzing new and existing partnerships

  • Communicate and pitch the cost and details of the corporate bookings + events

  • Help train managers to be an extension of the corporate team

  • Communicate the company’s brand messages, mission and philosophy through the communication with the corporate partners.

  • Monthly recaps of revenue generated and highlights

  • Help create and execute seasonal corporate strategies and build buzz around local companies

  • Support Marketing team to research and target companies in areas where new studios are opening for ramping of new market numbers via corporate bookings and events.

  • Support development and training of Corporate Partnerships Associate(s)

Business Development:

  • Support and partake in business strategy and development of corporate programs 

  • Support and execute seasonal partnerships and programs, complying feedback, analytics and developing new partnerships for corporate bookings

  • Initiate, develop and drive corporate campaigns  

  • Execute forms on behalf of the organizations

  • Quote and negotiate corporate class packages and pricing

  • Meet and set sales goals and KPIs

  • Work with a high level of confidentiality and discretion

  • Manage long term corporate partnership and continue building relationships.
